Our highest priority is customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to
U.S.
copyright and intellectual property laws, videos cannot be returned after they have been opened unless they are defective. Defective videos may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for exchange only. Unopened and unused products can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date for refund. You must e-mail HuntFlix and obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning an item. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a Fifteen Percent (15%) restocking fee for items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
HUNTFLIX.COM SHIPPING POLICY
Purchases
You have two choices when selecting shipping for DVD purchases from HuntFlix. You may select "Per Item" to have your items shipped USPS First Class mail for $3.00 per item. Alternately, you may select "Flat Rate" to have up to 5 DVDs sent to you by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95. If your purchase if for more than for 5 DVDs, or includes a large or heavy item such as a cutlery set, an additional transaction will be run to adjust for the increased shipping costs. (Any additional shipping costs will be disclosed in the item's description.)
If you need to arrange a different shipping option, such as Priority Overnight or for larger orders, contact us and we'll gladly help you.
Rentals
Here at HuntFlix we go out of our way to protect our DVDs during shipping, and have gone the extra step of packaging each disc in a protective poly clamshell case with a black felt pad to protect the readable surface. This increases our postal costs, but we belive that in the long run, it will reduce breakage to our expensive inventory and help keep costs to our members down.
Shipping for the HuntFlix Unlimited Hunting DVD program is paid by HuntFlix both to you and from you back to us.
Rental Returns
So long as you you use the protective case and return mailer to send rented DVDs back to us, you will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to a disc in transit. In the event that you lose the protective shell that the disc was shipped to you in, you will need to exercise some care when returning the disc to us. You have a couple of options here:
1. You may opt to place the disc in a cd case that you have, if it will fit in the return mailer, and return it to us in the postage-paid return mailer that we sent it to you in. Note that most "jewel" cd cases do not afford as much protection to the disc, and you will be responsible for any damage that might occur in transit.
2. Alternately, you may choose to return the disc to us using a more protective cardboard DVD mailer (Usually available at the Post Office or shipping centers) and pay the postage yourself. Please note that the return address is a P.O. box, so Fed Ex, UPS, etc. will not work. If this is your only available option, please call customer service at 253-670-HUNT (4868) to obtain an alternate return shipping address.
